Account information. Since accounts on GalleyForge are created by an administrator rather than through public sign-up, we hold the details your organization's admin enters when creating your account: name, email address, phone number, and organization name.

Uploaded documents. When you upload a raw manuscript to generate a formatted document, that file is processed on our server to produce your output. We do not read, review, or use the contents of your documents for any purpose other than generating the file you requested.

Usage data. We keep a record of which templates you've used, when, and how many credits each generation consumed, so your account balance and history stay accurate.

Payment information. If you purchase credits or a subscription plan, payment is processed by our third-party payment gateway. We do not store your card, UPI, or bank account details on our own servers — the gateway provider handles and secures that information under its own privacy and security practices.

2. How we use your information

• To generate the documents you request and deliver them back to you.
• To operate your account: tracking credits, generation history, and login access.
• To process payments and maintain accurate billing records.
• To respond to support requests submitted through our contact form.
• To maintain the security and reliability of the service.

3. How long we keep your files

Uploaded manuscripts and generated output files are stored only as long as needed to complete and deliver your request, and are periodically cleared from our working storage. We do not use your document content to train any model or share it with third parties.

We do not sell your personal information. We share limited information only where necessary to operate the service — for example, with our payment gateway provider to process a transaction, or where required by law.

5. Your choices

You can update your account password at any time from your account page. If you'd like your account or data removed, contact your organization's administrator or reach us directly using the details on our Contact page.

6. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including secured credential storage and access controls on uploaded/generated files. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to keep your data safe.

7. Changes to this policy
